West-MEC’s district boundaries cover a large territory of the northern and western cities of Maricopa County. Our boundaries span 3,685 square miles and we serve students at multiple locations. The Central Campus is located in Glendale, Arizona next to the Glendale Airport. The campus opened in 2011 and offers programs focused on the Aviation and Manufacturing industries. This campus serves both high school and adult students.
The Northeast Campus is located in Northern Phoenix near the Deer Valley Municipal Airport. The campus opened in 2014 and offers programs focused on Automotive, Construction, Medical and Veterinary Science industries for high school students.
The Northwest Campus will be located on the southwest corner of Dysart Road and Grand Avenue in Surprise, Arizona. The campus opened in the Fall of 2017 to high school students. The campus is intended to focus on Automotive, Computer Technology, Construction, Health and Beauty, and Medical industries.
The Southwest Campus is located in Buckeye, Arizona just south of the Verrado Community. The campus opened in the Fall of 2016 to high school students. The campus will focus on Construction, Energy, Information Technology and Medical industries.
The START Campus is located next to the District Office in Glendale, Arizona. The campus opened in 2014 and focuses on the Computer Technology industry. The campus also includes space for Business Anchors and community partnership usage.
