Sarah Edwards and Ethan Holt, both recent graduates of Buckeye Union High School, are the proud recipients of two $1500 scholarships from the Arizona Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTEaz). Edwards and Holt were awarded at the annual ACTEaz conference in Tucson in July.

Congratulations to the 264 Arizona HOSA members and advisors that traveled and competed at the 33rd National HOSA Leadership Conference. Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) is a student organization dedicated to promoting career opportunities in health care.

The conference is the premier arena for educators from around the state to develop professional skills and gain insight on the latest in Career and Technical Education.
