program description

This one-year program teaches students the delivery of pharmaceutical services alongside licensed pharmacists in a pharmacy setting. The program teaches medical terminology, pharmacy law, quality customer service, pharmacology, preparing prescription medications, and administrative duties such as inventory of drugs and pharmacy operations.

Upon completion of the one-year program, students may test to receive Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification.
